are the accounts billed? |

Monthly accounts
can be set-up and automatically billed every month to a Visa,
Master Card, or American Express. Yearly accounts that are
activated by the phone also require a credit card. However,
yearly accounts are NOT auto billed. After 11 months, you'll
receive an Invoice in the mail from us. |

is technical support available? |

Technical support
is here to help you Monday - Friday, 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. Please
have your computer turned on and ready to go when you call.
For most problems you do NOT need to be connected to the internet
for a representative to assist you. Also, try rebooting your
computer prior to contacting support, as that can correct
many common problems. |

Can I cancel at any time? |

Yes! There are no
contracts or long term commitments with our monthly accounts.
This is a prepay service. As per the user agreement, all accounts
are NON REFUNDABLE. Click here

Is
your system compatible with Macintosh? |

Our system is 100%
compatible with Macintosh computer systems, however, our technical
support and sales representatives are not. |
