User Agreement
Upon renewing your service
or establishing new service with Net Express, Inc. and continued
use of the service you agree to the following user agreement and
policies
Net Express has no control
whatsoever over the content of information passing through Net
Express. Net Express is NOT responsible for the content of the
Internet. Net Express, Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees
of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service provided.
Due to the complexity of the public telephone network Net Express,
Inc. makes no guarantees of connection speed and usability of
dialup connections. Use of any information obtained via Net Express
is at your own risk. Users must be 18 years of age.
Net Express may only
be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation
of any US or state regulation is prohibited. Including but not
limited to: Copyrighted material, material legally judged to be
threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Net Express from any
claim resulting from your use of the service which damages you
or another party. Email is for personal use only, unsolicited
bulk email is strictly prohibited. Net Express reserves the right
to terminate user accounts and or personal web space at anytime
and refund the balance. Yearly prepaid accounts are NOT refundable.
Pre-paid yearly 56K dial-up accounts refunded by Net Express,
Inc. for any reason will be charged $19.95 times the number of
months in service plus $10 cancel fee.
Users (you) will be responsible
for any future FCC, phone company or government access charges
or taxes, this includes any surcharges for dialing attempts, long
distance or other phone company surcharges. Your phone bill is
your responsibility, confirm access numbers are local no toll
with your local phone company. Net Express, Inc is not responsible
for any long distance charges incurred while using the service
or any other part of your phone bill.
Net Express, Inc. is
not responsible for the maintenance and configuration of client
side equipment. Use of auto dialers and routers to keep a dial-up
connection active 7 x 24 are prohibited. Unlimited usage means
interactive usage, users must physically be using the Internet
if connected.
All mods to outgoing
web domains are $50 per domain.
All Account cancellations
must be in writing and sent to:
